To help those who need a more personalised approach. In conjunction with monitoring and some extra encouragement, I can help you reach your goals.

There are two parts to this new offer based around food and exercise. Details are as follows:

Eating Habits


As a client, you'll provide a food diary which covers 48 hours. NOTE; the more honest and thorough you are, the better I can help. I will look over your diary and provide advice, tips, and suggestions on how to improve your eating habits.

Exercise Regime


You'll provide a current exercise diary which covers your activity over the week. AGAIN; the more honest and thorough you are, the better I can help. I'll provide advice, tips and suggestions on how to get more results from your fitness regime. We'll talk about specific goals and I'll provide suggestions and exercises to help work towards these goals.

For non-PT clients: This personalised offer will cost $200 for an eight week plan and then option to continue. I will also provide you with ongoing advice via Facebook and/or email. You are welcome to contact me at any time with questions and I will respond within 24 hours.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions are available and are tailored to your goals and needs. I'll travel to you anywhere in the Canberra and Queanbeyan district.

 

Places are currently available during some mornings, noon and evenings, but are filling up quickly due to new years resolutions and our heavily competitive pricing, so be quick to secure a time slot.
