Come along to group fitness sessions which are run for all fitness levels. With a welcoming fun atmosphere, you'll not only gain new fitness levels, you'll have a good time doing it.
Group sessions are based on circuit training, targeting fat burning combined with muscle toning. You'll be encouraged to work harder in order to maximise the "after burn effect". This means you'll burn fat for up to 48 hours after each work out depending on the intensity level acheived.
Using a variety of techniques including body weight, equipment and aerobic exercises, each workout is different, keeping your body guessing and constantly making new fitness gains.
